B1 visa cancellation?

My sister got B1 visa from Asia before 3 years.She couldn't visit USA on time because she had her job interview.Visa was valid for 5 years but embassy called her back and cancelled her visa.When asked no reply was given.Now after 3 years, she is attempting again.She has a better job with lot of travelling exposer and very good salary.We have also sent her strong documents.
Is there any chance that she might get it again?
What is the best way to convince them cause sometimes even if you are honest enought they won't listen to you.

It is difficult to guess which way the American embassies think. Try your luck. Be honest for all the quaries.

If they only reason it was cancelled is that she couldn't make it over in time, I doubt it would prejudice them against her. She would probably have to start over, though.
