Is wife Credible if she lies in court about husband rape?

Wife falsely charges husband with rape, then lies in court about many details of their relationship. Is her credibility in court damaged if she is proven to have lied? Said husband didnt let her have credit cards, but it can be shown that the husband had cards from his account issued to her in her name, and she used them when he was not with her. Said she wanted to leave in the past, but husband always kept her with him, but she had a job while husband was home, she didnt have to return to house.
Said he hit her one night, she left, and told police he hit her, but the police refused to help because she had no ID. Would a police officer refuse to help because a victim had no ID. When asked if she had marks, she said " I didnt check" Said husband forced her to take sexy pictures, but the pictures were taken over many years, first in her home country, and then after moving to the USA. She e-mailed pictures she took of herself to husband when she was in Asia, and he in USA.

Looks like she just used him to acquire citizenship. Send her back to where she came from.
If it's proven that she lied, she is guilty of perjury and can go to jail.
Yes, her crediblilty would definitely be challenged if it could be proven that she was lying. But it would be hard to prove. Besides that, if you proved she was lying, she could actually be charged with perjury...lying under oath. Judges don't take that lightly at all.
Classic case of why you never trust a female. Females lie about everything and twist all the facts to make themselves look like the victims in every single case no matter what they did. The answer to your question is normally someone would get into trouble for lying in court but in this case probably not because it a male vs female thing and the female will make it look as if she was a complete victim here and most likely get away with her lies. This is why no male out there should ever get married, you will only end up in misery.
Once it is proven she lied in a court of law, what she says has little or no credibility... it is perjury and she can be convicted of this ... it is a crime
I definitely would question her honesty. She sounds like she is the kind of person who needs to be in the spotlight. Making herself look like a person in need and making everybody around her like her husband look bad, makes her feel good. I would have a hard time believing anything she says. No policeman in this country would not help a woman if she had been beaten by their husband just because she didn't have an I.D. That is false. I don't think that her husband did anything to her because there would have been marks left that the officer would have noticed and then acted on. If I were the husband I would get rid of the basket case and chalk it up to a really bad time in his life.
That is what u call stupidity and lookin for attention and maybe publicity and money...but i don see how a cop would say o i can't help u bc u have no ID!!! That's the dumbest lie ever...if she was really raped she could have had a better explanation or a better story...she went a lil too far...I mean if he did rape her that would be kind of hard to tell if it was really a rape or a willing bc they are married i mean he could have but i don think that a cop would say that and half of what was said above sounds like she just wanted to get back at him for something she could have at least done better than that!!!
