Looking for a plitical job. To change the rules & regulation. & to make India develop nation in the world.?

Hi, I am one Indian citizen who passed thier 20 years in Indian economy & society. From childhood I had proud of my nation, because of my Indian freedom fighters. I always thought that, whatever is happening, whatever the missed rules are doing by politician it will changed. But no. It's just runing & runing. Our development is so slow from any other country in Asia. It's all because of Uneducated politician & aged politician. I don't want to say anithing about our dull politics, Because everyone has know each & everyting about our situation. But it's time to change.
Now the question which I am asking you it you will consider that what a stupied question I am asking you.
I am from one middle class family I don't have any relationship with any politician or any other goverment officer. I just wat to ask you that, I want to join the any political party. It is possible or Not. If yes. How?
