How can I motivate my crew because I have a lot of jobs to do and I'm always running out of time.? |
My jobs is a Captain of the Crude Tanker trading in Asia only. you should throw the laziest one overboard. That should motivate the rest of them. Perhaps offering a small reward for doing something the quickest, it doesn't have to monetary. The quickest person to do a task can have an extra 15 minutes for lunch or something like that. Something that will motivate your crew. |
