Illegals immigrants vs. blacks?

why does corporate america hire illegals and even legals weather they are from south america or eauope or asia...seems that they displace blacks for jobs and who cares if they are getting paid 8 dollars...i mean seriously...corporate america i feel still send blacks to the bottom of the totem...why on earth do we not hire african americans instead of illegals...and u know what the Gov..does not care...seems to me we have a racial problem..

There's many employers who DO NOT want to hire AMERICAN blacks, whites, yellows or browns. They want labor that will work for peanuts, with no benefits and without an understanding of their RIGHTS in the workplace. There are very few Americans who would work under such conditions. Hence, the corporate demand for illegals.
I agree that it's criminal to enter this country illegally, but it's also criminal to treat people like slaves. Employers who hire illegal aliens and treat them no better than slaves, must be held accountable for their crimes as well.

the job that I have no illegal can fill. It requires mastery of the English language, respect for the State and its laws and a college degree.

In case you haven't realized, blacks are educated and highly qualified for real jobs.

Yeah I agree with Jahpson. Employers tend to hire people who are among the best qualified and who will also be a "good fit" and society has gotten to the point where the vast majority of people, myself included, actually see diversity as helping rather than hurting the "good fit" aspect of it.

There is still racism out there and I'm sure some employers are racist but in the long run, in a free market, that will hurt them.

You said it Jahpson, blacks have lived in this country side by side with whites for 400yrs, from the cotton fields to the subberbs, so if anybody besides whites can do those jobs its blacks..especially if it involves speaking english!
