Can someone please tell me which job website is better?

I (China based company) am looking to recruit someone from Eastern Europe or South East Asia to work in China. Does anyone know which job website is better for me to post the advertisement?

Hire a consultant from the country specific from where you want to hire.
This option will save you a lot of unnecessary screening and shortlisting and initial screening.

A recruitment consultancy normally charges 12-15% of the annual salary of the candidate. this payment is to be made within 30 days of the candidates joining.

In case your management would like to interview the candidates in specific country your consultant will handle all the travel arrangements+ the interview venue.
If the candidates have to travel to china for that your consultant will be liasioning between you and a travel consultant.
Or another possibility is a video conferencing to be arranged by consultant between you and the candidate.
