How to get a job for an IT diploma holder???

A person from South Asia is in a real need of getting a job in the US/Europe

Sorry, Here in the UK its not a skill in need as there is a shortage of IT work around. you need a HS visa and I don't think IT work falls under it. You could still phone the relevant agencies.

Go to McDonald's and fill out an application.....it's better than no job at all.

This field is so overcrowded it's not funny. I can't speak for Europe but there isn't anything in the US - it was all outsourced to China and India.
