I'm 19 and my Dad need $50,000 to stay out of jail. Can i save him with no credit?

I have a sister going into her junior year as a biology major and im about to have a job at HEB full time maybe. My mom is coming back from Argentina with my 8 year old brother soon and will be working @ maybe 1500/mo. My parents have bad credit and i have no credit and my sister's credit has been stained by my father too. Can/should i save him and how?

If you can give any help/advice than god bless you.

I'm so sorry you feel you have the responsibility for this on your young shoulders. You don't say why your dad can avoid jail with $50,000. This is hard to do, but it's not your job to take care of your dad - it's his job to take care of you. I believe in close families, and in taking care of your parents, but like I said it's hard to say without knowing why he's in trouble. As a parent, I would never want my child to break themselves trying to help me out this way. If you went to school instead of working full time, you would be better able in the future to help take care of him when he's older and needs the care. Your 8 year old brother needs you to be a good role model by being a good man and being available to him since your dad won't be. But a little more detail would help me to better answer this. My prayers are with you.

Your mom could take out a second mortgage on the house, if you guys have one. Does he have parents, brothers/sisters that could do that? Otherwise, I'm afraid he'll probably have to go to jail...which might be just what he deserves and needs in order to learn a lesson. I think it's very sad that this has fallen on your shoulders...you're young, you shouldn't have to worry about this. Good luck to you.

I don't really see where you have any viable options. If you have no established credit then I serioulsy doubt that you could get a personal loan for $50K. It's worth a try...why not contact your bank and ask.

no without good credit you dont get very far in life everything depends on your credit, your dad got in this mess its his job to get out not your responsible even though you love him you want be helping him by bailing him out when he keeps getting back into trouble.

Very sorry for the situation you have. Why not you clear the bad credit anywayz? You could be relieved then...
Have seen lots of people asking info on bad credits. Well, if you need to get your problem solved on<!--bad credit, you must know to how to confront it. Of course, Even if you have bad credit, you can get loans. Many factors can contribute to someone getting a "bad credit" rating, among these are non-payment of an account or late payments over an extended length of time.

You may find want you want. You can easily be labelled as a bad credit risk by financial companies. This can make it more difficult to-->arrange loans or other finance, and usually means you will pay more interest on any loan you take out.
