Is there another side to American Slavery 1788-1865?

America experienced 77 years of legal slavery between 1788 (Our National Birth and freedom from England) until 1865 where 500,000 white men died to free the enslaved black man. Yes the war was about western expansion of slavery and Lincoln demanded freedom for the black man (Gettysburg Address etc)

First: Did life improve for blacks in America compared how they fared under their black slave owners in east Africa?
A quick understanding and knowledge would say YES, 1000%

Did "ALL" slave owners abuse their Slaves?: NO, only a small minority would harm their very expensive property. History records of blacks be educated.

Did "ALL" blacks arriving in America become slaves? NO, 1000's were purchased and out bidden on by abolitionist.
Ten's of 1000's NEVER tasted slavery as they did in Africa. Thomas Francis and supporters personally bought 14,600 in one year alone. They were taken north and educated and had jobs and families

Another aspect of this topic that's never discussed: Blacks fought freely on the side of the confederates during the war. By the tens of thousands. Look it up yourself.

Buddy, you got the idea of slavery ALL WRONG. The Civil WAR was not fought because of the freeing of the slaves. It was fought over economics.
Why don't you read the book "The South was Right" by James Ronald Kennedy and Walter Donald Kennedy.
Then you will know the real story.
Our History books were written by the winning side (The North). It doesn't mean it was right. It is their interpretation of the war. Now, read it from the Southerners perspective.

black people shoudnt be thankful for white people who helped them to take their rights,,,, but they have the right to be angry of those who took them as slaves.
