I am Indian working in software industry with 2.5 yrs of exp. Is foreign or Indian MBA is beneficial?

I am Indian, 23yrs+ , IT graduate from India, working in software industry with 2.5 yrs of exp. thinking of pursuing MBA.I have been into customer interaction/requirement gathering and solution design (technical) and want to gather knowledge of business and add spoke of another subject of business like finance preferably.

which country is better for doing mba?India, US or any other?
which are the functions available in IT?
what is the future of US MBA in comparison to Indian Schools going forward? Whether it makes sense to do MBA in IT systems or related lines or to add general MBA degree with spike in Sales/marketing/ Human Resource in order to be a Business Analysis(BA)?
Having MBA is added advantage or does not make any value addition?
Does it make difference to do 1 year course or should it be a regular 2 years one?
Any other useful input which should be considered and makes the choice meaningful?
