Is IT Sector development in India Healthy?

All engineers, irrespective of their Major subject, goes into IT field as a software engineer. They get paid a lot for the job. In India, only Medicine (MBBS Particularly) and IT are flourishing. For instance, the counter part of Software (i.e) Hardware is not seen developing in India. There are many other fields that are skipped like Bio-Technology, Animation, Game Development, etc.... Fine, even in flourishing IT industry, there is no Company in India which produces a Software package for its own. It all works for 'Other' foreign companies, working as BPO's. India, Undoubtedly known for its knowledge base and human resource, it is not getting used effectively. Not for India at least. Only benefit India gets because of all above is Foreign Investment and rising Share Market Index. Good, India is developing Economically well, but "IS THIS STABLE?????" Is there any firm root for this development? Will India survive a Economic Depression in this situation???????

one thing i tell u, u cant tell india s economically well incase of MARKET INDEX, it doesnt hav any stability(a most FLUCTUATED MARKET IN INDIA), u can predit to some xtend incase of other matters like demand n supply, bt not in market index.

survey taken by some officals say that india will certainly progress n can xpect that growth 4 7 or8 decades..., all these bcoz of unique power/asset in india--KNOWLDGE--

As u say abt BPOs working 4 foreign counties, s tru bt..., it will rotate with in a shortspan, bcoz all companies escially automobile, hardware, software etc focuzng on indian mkt. not only that, percapita income wat indian people getting in abroad is decresing in amt. so most people want 2 work in their coutry. also some say in ths way also, india can beat US market also. so incase of stabilty india will surely withstand 4 long period.
