What are the Job Responsibilites in Human Resources. Is this Job a Rewarding Career in The Arabian Gulf?


well actually I recently found a job here in the UAE. But a Practical Stranger to the Place as well as the Job.. The Company I work right now is a Trading based. Moderatly Employed( approx 90) and I responsibility includes lookin after the Employees Passport, Visa, Labour Contracts and their Health Cards. their Leave, Annual Leave Balance, Their Loans and Advances etc.. well although I Hve some fundas .. but the question is how am I gonna maintain them all..? is there any special software or system to maintain these things.?

There are millions of HR software available in the market.
How did you get job in middle east?
Where's Arabian Gulf? It's just Persian Gulf, for ever !
