Should companies have certification programs for different products?


The reason for certification is product knowledge, even in Human Resources, Medicine, and Law. Such certification allows persons documentation in thier work of competence; even beyond University degree programs. Incases, where processes, laws, equipment, and software are up-graded for business competition, health reasons, safety reasons, easier methods.

That is a broad spectrum question. It depends on what type of product you are talking about.What type of Company, and is it mass production or unique patented items or .....blah blah blah ...I could go on all day.Can you be more specific?
Certification as in how to use a office machine, or warehouse materials handling.
