What training is required by law?

For new hire (human resources training).

Your question is a little confusing, but here goes. I'm not aware of any training required by law for a new employee.

Maybe there's a law that requires safety training if the company has a hazardous environment. In fact, OSHA probably requires some kind of safety training in some industrial situations. And the mining industry probably has to do required safety training.

In agreement 100% with hot to trot. There are no laws requiring any formal training for a new HR person.
