How do i go about getting certified/trained to work in the human resources department of a company?

my main experience is in customer service and clerical work but i'm not employed right now and have expressed interest in working in human resources since i've noticed that it's high in demand when conducting my job search. The problem is that I have no experience in that department and no one will hire you unless you have the experience or the training/education. Are there special schools you can go to or can you attend a community college?

I'm pretty sure to work in Human resources, you have to have a degree, of maybe psychology, possibly a bachelor's degree. i know, it's different everywhere, but that's what it seems to be like here, since it's more of a salary job.
Your best bet is to attend to a college, even if it's a community college that's okay. you may have to transfer though to obtain a bachelor's degree
