Who can tell me precisely why the world is in constant problem of management of people and resources?

it appears to me that we have more learned, academically purified and professionally trained people today in the government but we still face administrative lacuna, could it be that the education system is faulty in its foundation or that the managers have lost understanding and human feelings. war, i believe is as a result of lack of agreement or understanding between two parties or more, while it is expected of the professionally trained leaders to attain success without using the option of war, war is the first option in most choices today. So what is wrong?

Because were so full of getting money money money. the world isnt really thinking. Can you think of 10 real ways to make the world better? I can too. But oh wait! It costs money! aww poor us..im not saying people arnt doing good for this world. Im just saying anything thing they do for us always has something in it for the goverments of the countries.

Its all about politics and Money and who can kick whos butt....

The managers have lost understanding and human feelings. In the US, and I imagine elsewhere, politics have become so dirty that most educated people stay away. We are left with choosing between candidates that were "C" students in college. Intelligence is a rarity amongst our leaders.

Back to answer in Genesis. Because the sin and fall of man ==> So man don't know how to handle relationship. (lies, hide, accusation...etc)
==> And the ground is cursed --- so will always have resource problem on earth (lack of oil,water, natural gas plus freaky weathers)

Do you really mean to say ...... "problem of mis-management of people etc"? I am not sure that it always happens but it does occur where people depend on wealth and power to achieve their aims. The problem may be global but the solution begins with each of us respecting the rights of those nearest us. Given enough participants in such an emotionally healthy we will have happy homes, happy towns, happy countries and a happy world. It is nice to be able to dream about this, but remember,ther work begins at your door.

You are speaking about the world as if all people in the world shared the same goals and ambitions and were on the same team.

You couldn't be more wrong. The only universal truth is that all people compete with each other. The only rules that exist are the ones we choose to follow out of fear of retribution. The only order that exists are the compromises that are forced on us by circumstance.

It's not the education system, it's basic human instinct.
