Human Resource management.What are the methods of assessing training needs???

1) Self-assessments: employees fill out forms indicating their training needs.

2) Surveys: someone representing HR calls or asks managers what their staff's training needs are.

3) Audits: someone representing HR observes employees on the job and identify needs.

4) Industry recommendations: Trade associations often compile certification courses/exams/syllabi for their members. These can be used to develop training plans.
