How can personnel management/human resource contribute to the company's competitiveness? |
training and roles of Human Resource. In my opinion, The HR department of most companies are the "back bone" to its work force since they are responsible for hiring and retaining their employees. This also contributes to the company's competitiveness because they utilize specific tools to attract the most qualified candidates as well as develop and enforce company wide policies and procedures to retain their employees. The main role of HR is to ensure that employers are compliant with Federal laws in all of its operational departments. They must be also competent in areas of payroll, benefits, employee relations, employment law/ethics as well as recruitment. Hope this helps.
