What is human resource development? |
how should one go for it? what is the requirement? training? careers in this field.etc,etc........ plz give answers as per requirements in INDIA. thanks HRD is the department of the organisation that deals with the relationship between people. It regulates the functioning of the employees and employers of the company. The HRD is also responsible for maintainence of the quality and standard of fresh recruits and placements within the company. For careers and training in the field of HRD you would have to complete graduation in any discipline and then join MBA/MMS with HRD as specialisation from a reputed/recognised university.
