i hope to have any name company and thier human resource planning with website

It varies from company to company. A good many companies outsource payroll and will hire h.r. consultants from outside the company. I don't know of many, however, that will outsource the non-payroll h.r. function.

How about some real sage advice concerning the h.r. profession? ALWAYS remember that most managers do not like h.r. I read an article last year in Forbes entitled "Why We Hate Human Resources." Management views h.r. as being too bureaucratic and as always saying "you can't do this or that."

When I first started practicing labor and employment law, my mentor said "its real easy to say 'you can't do something" ... the difficult task is to find a way they can legally do it and show them how to do it." This rule applies to HR just as well.
