Human resources: whats your opinion?

im planning on starting certificate 4 in HR really soon. Would this be a good career path job wise? And what did you think of the course itself?
(by the way, im in australia...)

I'm not sure about the lovely continent and country of australia :) but in the states, I believe that a bachelor's degree is typically necessary to work in human resources. The certificate program should give you a decent base of knowledge though for the higher positions, you may find out that the 4 year degree is needed. Good luck to you!
