How can i speak better, and wow my audience? omotola?

I want to be a professional speaker, with particular interest in human resource mgt consulting

Speak backwards whilst hoping on one leg and wearing a lampshad on your head, that will get your audiences attention.
Join a local Toastmaster's group. They are a speaking club that teaches you to speak on your feet. The time invested in this club is well worth it.
When speaking, don't read off something. Use note card and outline what you are going to say. Make eye contact. Don't stare at the back of a room and just stare there. Nor look at your notes the entire time. Speak loudly, and if you want peeps attention, speak softly but not too soft that no one can hear.
get training in voice and presentations. go to a voice coach.
Increase your self confidence.

PRACTICE - to yourself, in the mirror and to friends, record your voice.
