stop:11:33PM

please give recommendation and state the flaws of
my routine

no thats nothing. although you might be sore.
i reccomend drinking protein shakes the day before your going to do this so that your muscles break down and rebuild faster. i dont usually use your routine,im 16 too but i start off at 135 , then 185 then 225 then 2-3 reps of 315
what your doing seems to be your toning muscle and bruning fat more then your trying to buff up.

PS. the reps with 20 lbs and 100 reps dont work out too well, becouse the first 50 dont do anything, then the last 50 just tone. i recommend doing 40% of your max bench, my max is 315+, so i do 135, do 40% with 20-30 reps.
that set of 40% max will be hard becouse it is the ultimatye way of toning muscle and building, its extremely hard so even though your going to use low weight, have a spotter becouse your arms WILL HURT. really bad lol

then add 10% of max weight and do 10 reps if you can, spotter can help you if needed.
