How many times do you train in martial arts ? |
I wish to train 5 hr a day so 25 hr a week in hung fut kung fu is it good ? I train 1 to 1 and a half hours six day a week. Don't you mean 35 hrs a week, because there are 7 days? 5 hours a day is pretty good, that's the shaolin monks do. I train 1 or 2 hours a day for TKD. Training is always the best after you get out of class. I train Chinese Kung fu too. In my opinion I think prefect training makes prefect. Not how many hours you train. You can train 24 hours a day. If you train wrong what good does it do? I train four hours and four times a week. About 16 hours a week. Yeah, I think it will be good training 5 hours a day. I train between 90 Mins and 3 Hours a Day between 4-6 days a week. To be fair though I am a blackbelt at this point and what I train in constantly changes. I train 8 hours a week , 3 times a week.Yur body need to rest and get food.U can train at home ,but litle !you train to much ,25hours a week its really to much u should rest when u are rested your tranings are more efektiv I usually train at least 1 hour a day. Every day. You are lucky, go for it! |
