I've been loosing inches everywhere except my stomach area does anyone know why? |
i do 1 hr of cardio 4 days a week and do 20 lbs of strength training 2 sets and 15 reps of a total body work out and i have lost inches about 2 from allover except my core section why is that it's so depressing cause i look bloated and there's nothing medically wrong so what could it be i've been working out about a month can anyone help? that always happens the stomach is the hardest part to loose inches lign="right" > Sign in to vote! do resistance training, focusing on your core, abs, obliques, inner obliques, and lower back. it does the job. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! Fat comes off in the order it goes on! Usually the stomach is where fat is stored first, so it is the last to come off. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! I don't know what causes that but they say stress does.Try to use an exercise belt it holds the muscles in tighter.It cost 10 to 20 dollars at most department stores. |
