What should I do?

recently revieced a negative performance review, my work situation sucks, where as I was supposed to have one boss I have two. One never deals with me the other interacts with me on a daily basis. I am in older office everyone is 30-50s and I am in my 20s. The one women is my supervisor hates me and I hate her, she contastly micromanges me makes no effort to communicate with me and cuts me out of all the perks of the job like expensive dinners with clients. Other people in the office I have befriended because they hate this women. The women is 2nd in command to my other boss and also does the lions share of his work for the unit. I know I am not long for the job started sending out resume looking at graduate school. I want to leave on my own terms not theres, is a call to HR worth while to document what has happened? I know I am being railroaded, however the job is a trainee postion with countless other competiors that would scoop me up.The also spend a 100k plus on training. Helpme

Humm....how come your situation sounds so familiar? Okay, I was in your shoes before. Almost an exact replicate of my past experience. I support your decision to report a case of what happen. However, forget about the HR. They don't serve any solid purpose here.

First, you have to differentiate between facts and bias. What exactly did your lady supervisor say or do, that you can say objectively, hinder your benefits, rights and development as an employee? In other words, do you have concrete evidence?

Next, throw in your letter of resignation. The HR will most prob ask you for the reason. Request to speak to the higher manager (Someone who manages those 2 bosses).

With a good and sound justifications that this b*tch is messing with you in the wrong way, go ahead and lodge a complaint against them.

Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. Forget about the training and other stuffs there. You are not happy working over there. It is not worth your staying to work for a b*tch and ruin your mental health. Let her suffer the consequences of losing an able subordinate like you.
Stop putting up with the nonsense!! I am looking for a Marketing Executive. If you are interested e-mail me at tal337@yahoo.com. Be your own boss!!!
suck it up and deal with it. that's life until you are your own boss...
It sounds like you are caught up in problem called office politics. The question is how does training cost 100k to help one person? That is a bunch of crap. It doesn't cost that much, maybe a few hundred, but thousands. Yes, it sounds like they are either trying to make you miserable there so you would quit so they won't have to pay you out or they are being paranoid about you taking their job position so they are trying to protect their jobs or they are a bunch of bullies which is against the law here where I live. It sounds like you need to get your befriended co-worker rounded up and confront this women and tell her to stop or else we all going to report this problem all together. It sounds like she a bully and wants to get everything for herself and that needs to be stopped.
