Human resources jobs? |
hi all. i have no hr experience except in training and hiring when i was an assistant manager at a retail shop. i am graduating this December with a communications degree I too have been searching for a job in the HR field.I believe the title you are looking for is HR Generalist. Hope it helps. HR manager. Are you a graduate in this field. You need to be skilled because you will be dealing with different personel and also you must be able to identify the best candidate for the position. If you have 0 exp. You may start as HR assistance. Holding seminars and training is considered an HR Trainer or Coaching. You will need many years of experience before achieving such a level. And, honestly, if you do not know what the name of the position you want, it means you have little experience. So get a job in HR to start off with, even if it's entry level. Everyone has to start somewhere. Wish you well. It sounds like you want to work in either a training role or an Employee Relations role. |
