Please advise if it is good do my masters in economics? |
it is actually Labor Economics & Human Resource Managemnt. This is the one year course and it is very convenient for me because i am working and they have it as a part time. Doing it a mAsters in International Economics would have been good. But that is not an option available to you because you cannot be out of employment for that period and also spend money on the Masters program. Therefore your choice is between studying partime course in Labor Economcs and Human Resource Management or not doing a course at all. By all means, it is better to do the part-time course in Labor Economics and HRM. This is an important ares in applied economics and companies generally do not get competent persons in this area. You can try to excel in this area. Man management in the globalised environment is becoming a major task for all organisations. Pople need to be recruited in large numbers, retained for long to fully justify investments in training, skill upgradation, motivation of the people. There are many soft and hence critical aspects of Human resource Managemnt. So, your idea to do the partime study is good. Once yiou complete the course, you are more likely to get a lift / promotion or a better paying and more satisfying job. You can also develope as a consultant in HRM to companies. U r welcome.
