I am their HR department, full accounting department including reconciliation of GL, billing, AR, AP..., What do you want to do in your next position? Is there anything that you currently do that you like more than other responsibilities? Start here and focus on moving to another career that centers on this interest. It may be HR, Accounting or something else that you have been exposed to. Is or is going to be tight job market. Be best to look at moving out of town or state to another University. Or you can work to increase your education level there by changing tour job chances . Let me tell you about a gentleman I know, he was a college Dean, but found even at that position he was not earning enough. |
