Rather than asking answer for this question, try to understand why HR will ask this question....

BPOs have highest rate of attrition, people will join BPO and leave within 6 months. It has became a big head ache for them to keep on recruiting and training people 365 days 24X7, people who are not really interested working in BPO, or just joining to fill the gap. something like that. That's why before selecting candidates they ask you why you want to join BPO when you have other options.

Whatever answer you give them, but make sure that, they believe you that you are serious about working there for a long time. You are not joining them just for a short period. You will get appointment.
