If I transfer in my job will my rate of pay transfer as well? |
I currently work in the Bay Area making $16/hr. If I transfer to Nevada are they forced to pay me the $16/hr or will it go down to where they pay their new employees who start in NV? That is entirely up to your employer. You need to discuss this before accepting a transfer. They are certainly not forced to pay you the same. I don't know the wage levels in NV, but it's possible you might go down a notch or two. A good question to ask your employer. :) |
