Quarter life crisis @ 27! Useless science degree making $14/hr. Should I open nutrition consulting business?
Its not what degree you have or dont have its what you do with it. I have friends who did the same degree as me and went onto completely different routes than I did, some into business for themselves. Ultimately its where your aptitude and strengths lie that will make you good for one job or another.
Could you open the business up in your spare time? Just to see if its something viable? Or maybe get another job you might enjoy unrelated to your field. Just because you have say a law degree doesn't mean you have to be a lawyer. Sometimes employers look at the fact that you have a degree as commitment and ability to learn. |
