Job interview at a hotel? |
We are Asian. My daughter is going to be interviewed for a job at a Western hotel. Please tell me the common English questions they often ask.Thank you. hi, i am a hotelier too, i the think that u r daughter must keep in mind is , a big smile, and listen carefully wht thy ask, and she must have proper product knowledge.never give negative ans,and its all depends on who is taking interview,( let me knw which is her area of work, so i can give more inputs) You did not say what type of job, but most certainly it will be customer service oriented. They want to know how you react to customers, how you would handle certain situations, can you read and write English, do you know how to do the tasks they are hiring you to do. They are things they might want to know. They are going to want to know if she can type, answer the phone, deal with difficult customers if she is looking for a job at the front desk. |
