I'm not graduaded, have a large experience in the hotel industry, will that impose problem for job application

I'd like to apply for a job ouside my native country but I'm a self taught men and not graduated with 26 years work experience and a good position in the hotel industry. Will my experience will be considered or do they ask first for school graduation which I do not have.

I don't think a lack of degree would pose a problem.

I left school with only a few qualifications, and jumped up in hotels at almost 3 times as fast as people who went to college and stuff.

I am now a Hotel Consultant, so I tell other hotel managers (Uni grads included) how to run a hotel properly. Before that, I weas in Front of House Management.

If I can doo it, then so can you. Go for it.
You can get a job in a hotel industry without a college degree. You do need high school degree though. However, I don't think it's easy to get a job outside your native country while living in your native country since your skill level is obviously non-specialized.
Presumably you have references to back up your claims of experience. No, you do not need a degree at you age, though it depends what type of job you are looking for, and which country you want to work in. You may need a work permit and a visa though.
Contact the embassy of the country where you would like to work and ask.
Education is important in most any industry. Some areas of industry cannot be learned without experience. You do not say where in the hotel industry you acquired 26 years experience. For example, years of cleaning rooms means nothing to the employer wanting someone in research and marketing...and education would certainly be very important. If your experience is in marketing, an employer may consider hiring you if you offer to further your education...or the position may be available (often at a lower rate of pay) with incentives for participating in employer-based training/education. Of course if an employer needs a position filled immediately, the latter probably wouldn't apply. Earning your GED (general education diploma) requires little time if you assert yourself. If there are language barriers, this can be a hindrance and I myself would take measures to overcome this.
Research the immigration information available to you.
Good luck
