Ms. Elizerbeth Wtirh claimed to be one of Omni's Hotel Quebec Canada secretary for Human Resources Department. Is she your employee?
Yes it could be. If you know someone from Canada, better ask if he can check it for you. Some 'scams" were using legitimate business establishment as front in the guise of legitimate business advertisement or employment. If this person asked you to give a certain fee for processing of your docs to be deposited to her account, then this might be a scam.
if you didn't apply for the job then it's a scam you could always call the hotel and ask for her to see if she is for real
