What is a hotel housekeeper's duties?

me and my mum have been working there for 2 years now and are getting tired of it,we have to do everything in the place,the manager does not have a clue how to run a hotel and we are under staffed,we have 15 rooms to keep clean granted it's not always buisy maybe bout 5 rooms if we're quiet,we have to do all the cleaning,set up meetings,funerals and party nights which involves moving really heavy tables then we have to help clear them and clean them then set them up for the next one,and more often than not we have to help waitress all of them and do bar work,we also have to do the night porters jobs in the morning because he is too lazy,can someone please tell me if this is right maybe some1 that works as a housekeeper 'what are our duties supposed to be?' i have looked up the net but can't find anything? when we try talk to the owners of the hotel they say 'but isn't that your job' about everything coz they don't have a clue how to run a hotel either

your duties should only be to clean the rooms that are for rent and clean the public areas 8 hours a day 5 days a week
does not include bar,waitress,or night porter
setting up for parties, the catering person job and they do their own clean up.. you are being taken advantage of tell the boss that you and your mom are only housekeeping not the lack of all trades and ask for a raise of $5.00 more per hour because of the stress they are putting on u both
