I want to take hotel and restaurant management butim only 4"11 in height,is it possible to get a job or not ?? |
I really love cooking or work in a hotel or popular restaurant but im worried about my height,im filipino and im married to american and i want to study and i choose hotel and restaurant management.I will appreciate all the answer and ideas that i will recieve from u guys.I will be waiting.... dont be worried your ok you have to worry about the tall ones I don't think there is a minimum height requirement in any hotel/restaurant. What does your height have to do with anything? All that should matter is if you are a really good cook or good at managing hotels and restaurants...Good luck! Of course it's possible! It would be discrimination for people not to hire you based on height. It's illegal. go ahead and realised your dream. height should not be a problem if you are working at "back of house" as a cook or chef. maybe some managers will try to belittle you but if you are really good at what you do, don't be afraid to let your work stand tall!! just go for it and get big i think |
