Change jobs? is one job more responsible than the other job i think one is more right for me but the other is?

more right for a normal life u know going to bed@9 eating dinner@7 anormally i dont think i would ask strangers about my major life changes(no offense) but im curious what you think. make sense? so here goes i work at a really cute place, its a small hotel with a restaurant&tavern in the building. there are 11 employees and basically no boss. the owners stop by for dinner every now and then. so any how its really fun to work here but it also sucks. ill do a pros and con thing.pro: on most wknds i make really good money, flexable hrs, i have 2 babies at home so that is nice. i like to bartend. con my flexable hrs ar usually late at night so my kids are up late:( con EVERYONE gossips, small town , con have to waitress and run front desk check in i have this other job that i could take that would be steady money/steady hours but i dont know people there my babies dad works there whom i live with and i hear the lady is a "b" but there has to be good things ill find if i go there right?

well... i would check it out thoroughly before i make a decision.... and watch the boss.... if she is a b**** you'll likely notice while your there.... or maybe she is called that because she expects people to work... and maybe the ones that call her the b**** arent working like they should...
Then base your decision on whats best for you and the kids... if its better hours... more stable homelife and better money then go for it...but remember too, if the new job will stress you out too much, then that takes its toll on the kids too... you want to be a happy mommy.... not a stressed out one.. :)
