My bf work over time in hotel?


What should I treat him? he come from work with headache and stressful with his job situation. My 2 yrs old daughter can't sleep at night until he comes home from work. I worry that I dont want him to get sick when Valentine's day is coming up soon. My bf work is becoming Pastry Chef in 5 stars hotel. He given off day only in Monday only no more than that. What should I do then?. He calls me 5x a day how much he missed me and my daughter.

Help him, treat him so well. Make green tea, put his both feet into bucket with warm water.
