Can anyone suggest me a venture capatalist who can work with me for a Hotel/Motel project?


I want to buy a Hotel/Motel and need a venture capatalist to put the down payment on that .As such I have a very good credit history and want to quit my job and start a business but dont have the funds for the down payment .

Now sit down and ask yourself this...why the hell would someone want to buy a Hotel/motel and cut you in????

Clearly you have as much chance of success as you have capital...Yup, you got it!...NONE
Put an ad in a local paper. There are people with money who would be glad to let you do all the work with their money.
