Housekeeping in a hotel?

I am looking for a job to earn a little money. I love to clean and am thinking of putting some applications in at hotels in my area. Does anyone do this for a living? If so, do you like it? Is it difficult? What kind of money do you make? Thank you.

I am not a housekeeper but I would think its a physical job that could be gross at times. Who are you cleaning up after? A bunch or teens who rented a room for a beer party??? A family with 10 kids in a room for 2? Remember, you are cleaning toilets,touching slept in bed sheets. It could be OK if you get good tips.

If I were you I'd do this, you can make excellent spending money. If you don't like online surveys, do something that you know you can do part time. I think hotel housekeeping might be too demanding.

Yes people do this for a living. Their pay depends on the what the hotel is paying an hour. Check with some of the employees who work for the hotel. You may want to do another type of cleaning work. You can contact the employment Agency and get most of your questions answered their.
