Is there any cheap hotel/motel in calgary alberta?

I will go in alberta for my job interview next week but the problem is I dunno anyone there and I need to stick with my budget for motels. I will stay there for 3 nights. Is there anybody here knows any cheap motels in calgary specifically in downtown? I'm not looking for a nice nice place but actually just a place to stay for sleep...

I agree with Nanny, were going over in May and staying at Super 8, also try Thriftlodge or Travel Lodge ( same company i think). $100 approx for a private room.

Or you could google "Hostel Calgary" for a bed in a dorm. That would be about $20 - $30.

I've never encountered an expensive motel.
For a cheap price, and just basically a place to sleep, check out the University of Calgary. They rent out dorm rooms for about $20-30/night.
well buddy you are looking in the wrong part of canada for a cheap hotel NOTHING is cheep in calgary expect to pay at least $100 to $ 140 a night downtown and more else where in the city
