i wan't to know the clerical work done in the laundry and in uniform room in the five star hotels of india

Maintaining register of in house linen and staff uniform. Maintaining daily receiving and delivering report of linen and uniform statement. Keeping log of production of laundry, in KG and in pieces. Preparing consumption report of laundry chemicals. Making requisition for chemicals and others item. Hope you will find some idea here.
