Vietnamese works in Japan?

Hi everyone,
I graduated from Hositality study in vietnam and are really interested in working in japan. I've been searching alot and so far, i couldn't find any jobs in hotels/tourism (big hotels, 5 stars hotels where English speakers are needed). Anyone has any idea, knows any vietnamese working in japan or anything, please help me.
I've emailed to some hotels to ask for their Personel Dept. email ad to contact. But i havent received any replies. Quite different from the hotel where im working for. We replied any emails that asked for hotel info.

It is difficult to get a job in Japan, unless they can't find a Japanese person to do the work. The big hotels usually have long term employees, and a waiting list of their relatives.to go to work. You would have to be approved by the Japanese Immigration or Labor Dept., and that could be an expensive and long time in happening. If you can afford a vacation in Japan, go there and see what you can learn. They do not respond to job questions because they are usually too busy or not interested. Have you considered working in another country, like Australia? Good luck, and Best wishes.
