am presuming u mean, u are a fresh graduate. u can apply direct to the hotels u wish to join with your resume, if they have a vacancy they will call u. there are lots of good hotels in India too, why don't u start here, gain some experience as that counts a lot then if u want to go overseas then proceed. by then u will have some working knowledge about the the industry.
