Plz may i know what are the job discribtions of a front desk receptionist? |
I've applied 4 a job with Starlet Hotel and Suites in Malaysia(Sabah) Haven't heard of the hotel even though I'm from Sabah myself. Must be new I guess. Anyways, a Front Desk Receptionist (like its name suggests) sits on a front desk and interact with people who are dealing with ur company. I must say you must be a pleasent and polite person to do this job rite. PR skills is a plus. Hope u do a good job and don't worry, Sabah is one of the easiest places in the world to do this. The people are polite n u will notice soon enough. You would make reservations, run a cash register and credit card machine, answer the phone, exchange money, use a computer, answer questions, be polite. |
