Do not give your passport or any other personal information to these people. There's a saying, "if it sounds to good to be true..." scam! something doesn't sound right. if they need your info, then that shouldn't be done, except in person. if they are asking for any info, like your ss#, or passport #, they could get all your info from that. those salary amounts seem very high. even i don't make that kind of money, and i work in a police department. don't give them any info. find another job. plus, they are going to deduct your travel from your paycheck. that right there is a mistake. don't fall for it.
