Uh-oh... help??

I'm 19 this year and currently engaged as an Front Office Manager in a hotel.. There's just one problem.. I've been doing so many other jobs before this, i dont know where my interest lies. Any suggestions?? i'm a people person, people are my passion.. I've been in sales, marketing, teaching, hospitality,advertising..... I just cant seem to fit my mind on one job.. so i'm drifting around and not getting stable..
my current job is stable, but it's benefits are little and it doesnt provide the time freedom ppl my age crave for?? What to do?!?!

Very few full time jobs will provide the "time-freedom" people of any age crave for. If your job pays all of your bills and you only work 40 hours a week, you are doing fine. If the job provides health coverage and you have a bit left over to save for a rainy day, so much the better. While much has been made of finding the right "career", the truth is, you would do well to find your "passions" outside of work. Jobs will change, and people will move away. Keep in touch with your friends and explore interests outside of work. Source(s): My life.
Enroll in a semester of college and take a variety of classes. You never know what might strike your fancy!
start looking into opening your own franchise...it is perfect for a person like you...age does not matter at all...take a risk and go for it
Sound to me like you are fairly talented to have done so many things at such a young age. Either that or you're very bad at keeping a job once you've got it. Find other ways to seek out who you are. But keep your current job for stability until you figure it out.You are young and there is plenty of time to party. But even that needs direction and control. Research other career possibilities that may fit your needs and talents. But don't 'float' because when you do find the right career choice your work history will say alot about you to an employer who may be considering you .
First off - for a 19 year to have experience in sales, marketing, teaching, hospitality, advertising and now Office Manager, you are off to a great start. I'm encourage by your work ethic to have already done so much.

Also - being 19, you should worry about finding the perfect career. Studies have shown that most people will have a number of career changes through out their working life. At this point, focus on something that interests you and then see if you can find a career in the area. For example, if you like the entertainment industry, contact your locale TV Stations/radio or sports stadium and see if they have any openings. If you are interested in travel, look at the airlines.

If you are still looking for that industry to persue - not much I can tell you. That is something you have to discover on your own.
