Are you happy with your present job? If your employer is considerate of you and complements you and if you feel relaxed with your job now, stay there.
NO amount of money nor benifits can give you happiness and job security.
The best thing to do is fast and prayer Source(s): injured worker who changed jobs and shouldn't have
take a look at ur chief and people u will work with, if you like them better go for it, now!
I agree with trashy_bumper
If you are very happy at the job you are at and don't really need the pay raise then stay where you are at. But if you aren't that happy then I would suggest that you take the job with more money.
I changed work 8 years ago and now it's worse ! I dream of my old work every day ...
