How can i focus my self on my job if im surrounded with hot office chicz??

i jz got employed in an equipment designing company, mostly male engineers like me, but the few girls are undeniably gorgeous (and hot)!...i wanna keep ds job for good, but i cant seem to focus on it..

You just have to control yourself. Beautiful girls will be everywhere.

Tell your boss that these chics need to tone it down because you are getting a woodie, and if they don't your gonna file sexual harrasment charges!!!!!
unless you work at a strip club, grow up and respect the ladies you work with.
Just try hard to do your work and the girls will see how goal oriented you are. This could land you a date. By working hard, you could get a date and maybe a promotion from your superior because of how motivated you are to work.
Think about something while you work and when your done that job tell these girls to kindly step aside as you want to Finnish up on something else and that they are disturbing you, that way they move aside and maybe after work you tell them you'll take them home.
